Our work in construction and property includes managing social value through a project’s life cycle, from support with tenders and community consultations to providing S106 skills and employment strategy and delivery management. We build CSR proposals aligned to the 2013 Social Value Act and advise on supply chain engagement and coordination and skills forecasting.

Similarly, we offer consultancy to public sector clients encompassing all aspects of S106, on skills forecasting, employment and skills brokerage, and enterprise and local supply chain matters.
