“I founded Nudge Factory to provide expert counsel to leading corporations and organisations, foreign governments, entrepreneurs and private clients.
I saw organisations being let down by big agencies that promised the earth, charged exorbitant fees, and delivered little. Again and again, I heard stories of consultancies being appointed based on a glitzy pitch, and then failing to achieve anything because they passed the relationship on to juniors once the fees were agreed. I vowed that Nudge would always offer something different. From the start, we’ve been an independent firm of highly experienced consultants offering no-nonsense advice to help clients achieve their objectives.
Since 2011, we have delivered results across multiple sectors, through our five practices. We’ve worked with FTSE 100 firms, governments and dynamic businesses and organisations of all sizes. We are focused on helping them meet their goals, and keeping them ahead of the competition.
Our values of professionalism and genuine partnership undergird our approach and differentiate us. When we say that ‘we’re not just your consultants, we’re part of your team’ we mean it. We want you to succeed, and we thrive on seeing results.
Our model is straightforward: a team comprised of highly skilled leaders and dedicated, passionate consultants. We don’t wheel in one team for the pitch, then replace them with others: you get what you see, no smoke and mirrors.
We treat our clients as we would want to be treated. It’s at the heart of our ethos and is the bedrock of our reputation. Whether you need to succeed in the political arena, in local government, or through corporate communications, we are here for you.”
We believe that it’s the duty and privilege of businesses to have a positive impact in the communities in which they operate through corporate social responsibility. We do this through Nudge Foundation, an independent non-partisan charity established to foster community cohesion and facilitate social mobility.
The Foundation is supported by Nudge Factory through the shared use of its staff and facilities at no cost, and through a donation of 2.5% of annual declared profit.
Live vacancies will be posted here, but we’re always on the lookout for talented professionals at all levels. If you like the sound of working with us, please send your CV and a covering note explaining how you think you’d add value to the team to firstname.lastname@example.org
